		<description>My favourite exercise definitely has to be working out at the Jacobs Ladder stairs between Turbot Street &amp; Wickham Terrace in Brisbane. I look forward to this workout every Monday morning with the ladies bootcamp group. It&#039;s hard yakka but gees I feel good after it! I like to be sweating a lot at the end of a workout &amp; running up &amp; down the Jacobs Ladder stairs a dozen times certainly allows me to sweat!!! I think I like the stairs as it&#039;s one of the harder challenges or even the hardest challenge in the ladies bootcamp &amp; one that I can complete quite comfortably. I&#039;m stronger in the legs &amp; find I can just keep going. I think I enjoy doing the stairs as it&#039;s something I&#039;m good at &amp; something that I can do over &amp; over &amp; over again ...</description>
